House Rules & Policies

Please read through our rules carefully before booking. These ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Guest Limit

  • Maximum 16 guests allowed inside the property at any time
  • Extra guests (if permitted): ₹1,000 per person
  • Prevents overcrowding and protects property condition

No Alcohol / No Drugs

  • Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
  • Maintains family-friendly environment
  • Violations may lead to immediate eviction without refund

Noise Policy

  • No loud music after 10:00 PM
  • As per local regulations
  • Maintains neighborhood peace

Booking Confirmation

  • 50% advance payment required to confirm
  • Remaining 50% before check-in
  • Payment details shared on WhatsApp

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability

Property Damage

  • Guests responsible for any damages during stay
  • Repair/replacement costs will be charged separately
  • Additional charges may apply for major damage
